Meet The Board
Our Board of Directors are dedicated to improving New Hampshire’s communities through philanthropic collaboration and volunteerism.
Lisa Allen
Lisa Allen is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Great NH Restaurants and a lifelong resident of New Hampshire. Lisa graduated with a B.A. in Communication from UNH at Manchester.
As CAO for Great NH Restaurants, Lisa oversees the management of Accounting, Human Resource, Payroll, Marketing, Training, and Community Outreach for the nine Great NH Restaurants (T-BONES, CJ’s, Cactus Jack’s, and Copper Door) as well as T-BONES Meats, Sweets & Catering, Bedford Center Rd. Condo Association, and several small realty companies.
Lisa is passionate for the health, well being, and enrichment of children; she has volunteered for Salvation Army’s Kids Café, Salvation Army’s Annual Toys for Tots, Merrimack Youth Association’s soccer program and several volunteer-run activities at Thornton’s Ferry Elementary.
Lisa offers Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust excellent organizational skills, financial expertise, and a knack for marketing and corporate branding.
Tom Boucher
Tom Boucher graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1987. He earned a full academic scholarship to attend Villanova University, but forwent this opportunity because he fell in love with the restaurant business. Over the next five years, he worked his way up through T-BONES, as a food server, dining room manager, head kitchen manager, and finally to general manager. Tom was then brought on as a founding partner of Cactus Jack’s, which opened in 1995. He held the store’s general manager position until 1998, when he took on additional responsibilities as the director of marketing and subsequently director of operations for T-BONES, CJ's, & Cactus Jack’s.
In 2004, Tom became CEO and has been providing strong leadership and entrepreneurial vision that has guided the Company’s 4 restaurant brands totaling 9 restaurants to its current success. Most recently he has broadened his innovative business approach by opening T-BONES Meats, Sweets & Catering, a commissary, and creating Great NH Restaurants’ own non-profit, www.FEEDNH.org. Tom’s vision is to become the premier restaurant company in New Hampshire for guests and employees alike.
Nicole Barreira
Chef Nicole Barreira has been a part of the Great NH Restaurant team since 2006. She is the Director of Marketing & Menu Development for the company and Nicole participates in many events on behalf of Great NH Restaurants through public appearances. She is also very involved with customer relations and communications.
Nicole holds degrees in Culinary Arts, a BA in Hospitality Administration, Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Certificate in Marketing.
Chef Nicole is dedicated to feeding kids more healthfully and was an inaugural partner in the National Restaurant Association’s Kids LiveWell ™. She is involved with many charitable projects and non-profits in the state, spends much time at local charitable food events and visits many schools in NH on a regular basis teaching the students cooking and nutrition skills.
Emma Fraser
In 2019, Emma Fraser began her career at CJ's as a Host and Server while attending Manchester Community College to pursue a degree in Fine Arts.
Transitioning from CJ's to an office position at Great NH Restaurants, Emma dedicated herself to Customer Relations and Communications. She also utilized her creative talents, incorporating her Fine Arts degree to capture photographs for the company's social media as a member of the Marketing Team. In 2024, Emma was graciously appointed as the Ambassador of Philanthropy and Community Outreach for FEEDNH.org and Great NH Restaurants.
Emma feels deeply honored to be part of FEEDNH.org and is profoundly committed to contributing to their mission to strengthen New Hampshire communities.
Neal White
Neal White graduated from The New England School of Communications and Dean College with a degree in Communications. He has worked in the Broadcast Industry for more than 30 years in the New England area. Neal recently relocated to New Hampshire 8 years ago to become the Host of the popular New Hampshire in the Morning radio show on 95.7 WZID.
During his career, Neal has been involved with many local charities helping to promote their services and fundraising goals.
Neal is honored to serve on the FEEDNH.org board to help take part in making a difference in NH.
Bill Jean
Lorrie Determann
Lorrie T. Determann, is the owner and President of LTD Company, a full-service ad agency, marketing and public relations firm. Her team has created and produced some of the largest non-profit special events in New Hampshire, including the Granite State Duck Race for the Boys & Girls Club, Bras Across The River for the Breast Cancer Coalition, and Table Talk for the Palace Theatre.
She created the first ever statewide Restaurant Week in New Hampshire for the NHLRA, with a mission to elevate the image of New Hampshire as a premier dining destination.
Representing numerous clients in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, in 2013 she was given the Advertising and Public Relations Award by the New Hampshire Travel Council. LTD Company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Bedford, NH.
Raquel Wojceshonek
Raquel Wojceshonek works as a Marketing Coordinator for Great NH Restaurants. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of New Hampshire where she spent much of her time involved in community action. Raquel is committed to poverty alleviation and supporting our local New Hampshire Communities.
Sean Lynch
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Sean graduated from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While at UNH, Sean was a member of the nationally ranked football team and received Academic All-Conference honors. Since joining the team in 2008, Sean passed his Series 7 and 66 exams and received his insurance license as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. Most recently, in June of 2019, Sean was selected into the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2020.
Away from the office, Sean enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Megan, and their two boys, Sawyer and Tanner. As a family, they enjoy everything New England has to offer, including trips to the seacoast, football games at UNH, hitting the slopes and the occasional round of golf.
Holly Horst
Holly Horst received her degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut, she pursued a full-time career in the nonprofit sector. She has worked in a variety of nonprofit roles including communications, marketing, fundraising and events for organizations like Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and currently the Manchester Police Athletic League.
She had the unique opportunity to hold the title of Miss New Hampshire in 2015 where she was able to meet many incredible people around the Granite State. She’s now an active volunteer for the Miss NH scholarship program serving on their Board of Directors and production team. Holly is also proud to serve as Chair of the Young Leaders Council for the Manchester Young Professionals. She is excited to serve on the FEEDNH.org Board and help to positively impact many nonprofit organizations around the state.
