FEEDNH.org 10 Year Anniversary Raffle Fine Print
By participating in the raffle, entrants understand and agree to abide by these official rules.
Organizer: The organizer of the raffle is Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust – FEEDNH.org
Taxes: Grand Prize Winner agrees to assume raffle tax implications in accordance with IRS regulations. If Grand Prize Winner chooses 2024 Honda CRV-EXL (valued at MSRP $37,510) as prize, winner must present Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust with a check for $8,461.44 as required by IRS regulations for federal tax withholdings in order to redeem vehicle prize. If Grand Prize Winner chooses the $25,000 cash prize, winner understands they will receive $25,000 less the 24% required federal tax withholding per IRS regulations. Net proceeds for cash prize are $19,000.
Eligibility: Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. FEEDNH.org Trustees, Board Members, and immediate and extended family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings) NOT eligible to participate. Great NH Restaurants (T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s, Copper Door, TB Market, corporate office) employees and immediate household family members NOT eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period: Entry window begins April 15, 2024 and ends May 15, 2024. Entries submitted before April 15, 2024 or after 11:59 PM EST May 15, 2024 will not be accepted.
Entry Fee: There is a non-refundable entry fee of $100 per ticket, payable at the time of entry. Maximum 1,000 tickets sold.
How to Enter: Entries must be submitted online through https://www.feednh.org/car-raffle/ There is no limit to number of entries purchased per person. Maximum 1,000 tickets sold.
Prizes:
All Participants: For each $100 entry purchased, participant will receive one (1) raffle ticket and one (1) dining card valued at $25, $75, or $100 OFF at any Great NH Restaurants location (T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s, & Copper Door). Dollar amount of dining card will be selected at random and will be mailed with each raffle ticket. Raffle ticket(s) and dining card(s) will be sent via USPS mail to the mailing address provided during entry.
Dining cards are not valid with any other offer except earned Payback$ or Copper Club Rewards. Maximum redemption of one dining card per party/per table. Valid on food and beverage purchase only. Minimum purchase must meet or exceed value of the offer. No cash value. Expires: 4/13/2025.
Top Ten Finalists: The top ten finalists will be determined by random drawing live on FEEDNH.org Facebook page May 17, 2024. Each finalist will receive an invitation for themselves and one guest to a mandatory private event to be held at Copper Door located at 15 Leavy Drive Bedford, NH 03110 on Monday evening, June 3, 2024. Top ten finalists will be notified on date of drawing through PHONE & EMAIL information provided during entry. The top ten finalists must positively RSVP within 7 days of initial notification. If any top ten finalist fails to respond within the specified timeframe and/or refuses to attend the Top 10 Finalist Event, an alternate winner will be selected. Top 10 finalists who attend the finalist event will receive $500 in gift cards valid at any Great NH Restaurant, complimentary food and non alcoholic beverages, and one alcohol beverage ticket per person (Must be 21+ years old to receive alcohol beverage ticket). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries sold. Top 10 Finalist invitation is not transferrable. Top 10 finalist MUST bring winning raffle ticket to the Top 10 Finalist event to qualify for Grand Prize.
Grand Prize Winner: One Grand Prize Winner randomly chosen live from the Top Ten Finalists at the finalist event will have the choice between receiving either a brand new Honda CRV-EXL valued at MSRP $37,510 or a cash prize of $25,000. The winner must notify the assigned FEEDNH.org representative of their final prize selection via email to Tanya@feednh.org and redeem their prize no later than 5 PM EST June 17, 2024. If the winner fails to select their prize within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Grand prize winner must provide a completed W-9 to Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust prior to receiving winnings so that winner can receive Form W-2G for proper tax reporting. Additional tax requirements to be fulfilled in order to receive prize, see “Taxes” above.
Grand Prize Winner Selection: The one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by each of the Top 10 Finalist’s names being randomly drawn, each will then choose a random key fob in the order their name is called. Of all key fobs chosen, the one (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined by the one (1) key fob that starts the Honda CRV-EXL present at the finalist event. The winner determined by the key fob that starts the present vehicle is deemed as the final winner of the contest by the contest organizer and this decision is final and binding.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow the organizer to use their name, likeness, and non-contact entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Release: By participating, entrants release the organizer, its sponsors, its trustees and board, and its affiliates from any and all liability regarding the raffle, including any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust - FEEDNH.org is a NH based organization serving NH based non-profits. Raffle drawing will be held in Bedford, NH. New Hampshire state raffle laws apply. All prizes must be received in Bedford, NH. Top 10 Finalists must attend finalist event in full length with valid winning raffle ticket to be eligible for any and all event inclusions (gift cards, food and beverages) as well as to be eligible for Grand Prize. These rules are subject to change without notice.
