Franklin VNA & Hospice offers 24/7 on-call support, personalized care, emotional and spiritual support for loved ones throughout their community. Their mission is "To provide quality Home Health Care, Hospice, and education to individuals and families in our communities so that they may reach their highest level of independence."

Vouchers for Veterans provides New Hampshire Veterans with access to fresh, locally grown food while strengthening connections between Veterans and their communities. Through weekly farmers market voucher distributions, the organization supports Veterans, many of them elderly or Vietnam-era, with nutritious food, meaningful social interaction, and a sense of gratitude from their neighbors. Funding from FEEDNH.org will allow 250 Veterans to receive these locally sourced foods, helping Vouchers for Veterans continue serving more than 1,800 Veterans this year while also supporting local farmers and fostering community wellness.

Community Caregivers of Greater Derry provides vital support to older adults, disabled individuals, and chronically ill residents across seven New Hampshire communities, many of whom face limited mobility and barriers to accessing nutritious food. Through its volunteer-driven programs, the organization helps clients remain independent and food secure by assisting with grocery shopping, delivering meals and essential items, and connecting individuals to local food pantries and holiday food resources. Funding from FEEDNH.org will directly strengthen these services, supporting volunteer drivers who collectively completed 676 trips and traveled over 97,600 miles last year to ensure 292 low-income clients received the care and nourishment they need. This donation helps Community Caregivers continue expanding its reach and providing dignity, stability, and vital support to neighbors who rely on these services every day.

Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County provides essential nourishment and connection to homebound seniors across the region, preparing and delivering thousands of meals each week to support health, independence, and overall well-being. The organization’s commitment to caring for older adults ensures that some of the community’s most vulnerable residents have consistent access to nutritious food and a friendly, reliable support system. Funding from FEEDNH.org will help cover food costs that directly fuel this mission, strengthening the organization’s ability to meet growing demand.
