Home Health & Hospice Receives $5,000 for Access to Care Program

It was great to meet with Paula Telage, Home Health & Hospice Care’s Director of Corporate Giving, and receive a tour of the new wing at their Community Hospice House. Our $5,000 donation will support their Access to Care program benefiting those who fall through the insurance cracks ensuring they're able to receive care for themselves and their families.

Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter

Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter, Inc. provides a variety of services to those in need in the Nashua area. FEEDNH.org supported their Meals for Kids Program which ensures no child in the Nashua school system will be without an evening meal. As the need arises, local schools can contact NSKS for easy to heat meals for their students. NSKS staff will deliver these dinners to the school so students in need will have a hot evening meal.

NSKS CEO, Michael Reinke, provided FEEDNH.org board members with a tour of the food pantry and their new emergency Spring Street Shelter. The shelter will include a 48-bed family shelter, an 18-bed shelter for single men, a 14-bed shelter for single women, and 11 studio apartment units for permanent, supported housing.
