In 2014, a Vision Was Born at Great NH Restaurants

The company behind T-BONES, Cactus Jack's, and Copper Door wanted to create a lasting and meaningful impact beyond our restaurant walls. While we had been actively contributing through gift card donations for calendar raffles, auctions, and other fundraisers, we knew we could do more. We wanted to make sizeable cash donations and drive real change within our local community.
This passion led to the birth of Great NH Restaurants Charitable Trust, dba FEEDNH.org, founded by Tom Boucher, CEO of Great NH Restaurants, and Mark Fenske, the late CFO of Great NH Restaurants. By forming a non-profit arm, we gained the ability to fundraise independently and amplify our support for those in need. The name FEEDNH.org carries a deeper meaning, FEED is an acronym for Families, Elderly, Education, and Disadvantaged. These four broad categories allow us to assist a wide range of New Hampshire-based non-profits that align with our mission.
Our journey has been driven by a simple yet powerful goal: to raise awareness of local NH non-profits, maximize fundraising efforts, and distribute impactful donations across our four key focus areas. Through our work, we strive to provide substantial support to the charities that work tirelessly every day to improve the lives of New Hampshire’s citizens.
What started as a desire to do more has grown into a movement, one that brings people together to make a meaningful difference. Join us as we continue to support and uplift our community, one donation at a time.
In Remembrance: FEEDNH.org honors the memory of our founder, Mark Fenske. Mark’s vision, kindness, and dedication to giving back continues to inspire our work each day. His legacy lives on through the impact FEEDNH.org makes in communities across New Hampshire.
