Tom Boucher


Tom Boucher graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1987. He earned a full academic scholarship to study for his Master’s degree, but forwent this opportunity because he fell in love with the restaurant business. Over the next five years, he worked his way up through T-BONES, as a food server, Dining room Manager, Head Kitchen Manager, and finally to General Manager.

Tom’s present role as Owner & CEO provides strong leadership and entrepreneurial vision that has guided the Company’s 3 restaurant brands totaling 8 restaurants to its current success. He exemplifies the qualities needed to maintain the company’s existing fiscal strength and drive for future growth. Tom actively sits on many boards and has been involved in the betterment of the community for many years. Some of the boards Tom serves on include: Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, 2011 – Present; National Restaurant Association Board of Directors, 2005 – Present; Granite State Coalition Against the Expansion of Gambling Board of Directors, 2007 – Present; Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation 2013 – Present; and NH Lodging & Restaurant Association Chairman of the Board, 2004.



Nicole Barreira

Chef Nicole Barreira is a fun and feisty part of the Great NH Restaurant team. She is the Corporate Chef for T-BONES & Cactus Jack’s and Marketing Manager for the company as a whole. Additionally, Nicole participates in many events on behalf of Great NH Restaurants through public appearances and she is very involved with customer relations and communications.

Nicole holds degrees in Culinary Arts, a BA in Hospitality Administration, Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Certificate in Marketing.

Chef Nicole is dedicated to feeding kids more healthfully and was an inaugural partner in the National Restaurant Association’s Kids LiveWell ™. She is involved with many charitable projects and non-profits in the state including; GO RED for women campaign board member, Granite State Baseball Dinner committee member, spends much time at local charitable food events and visits many schools in NH on a regular basis teaching the students cooking and nutrition skills.



Debora McLaughlin

Debora McLaughlin


Debora McLaughlin, CEO of The Renegade Leader Coaching & Consulting Group works nationally with CEO’s, Business Leaders and organizations to manage change and breakthrough performance barriers by unleashing the potential in their people, organization and in their own leadership.

Debora is committed to the success of local business. She served as past President of Business Professional Women’s Network, is on the advisory board for the Holistic Self Care Center, has assisted the Greater Nashua Humane Society and been both a volunteer and longtime supporter of CASA NH.

She brings to FEEDNH an expertise in leadership, marketing and a passion for supporting the core values of FEEDNH.



Mark Fenske

Mark Fenske


In the late 70s (wow, thats old), Mark started as a line cook with TGI Fridays in Boston. He managed TGIF for several years and came to the conclusion that working for a corporate chain was a recipe of corporate nonsense, way too impersonal and uncaring.

Shortly after, he teamed up with two others to open T-BONES Great American Eatery and Drinkery in Salem, NH, in 1984. Almost 25 years later, it has remained as a monumental success.



Lorrie Determann

Lorrie Determann


Lorrie T. Determann, is the owner and President of LTD Company, a full-service ad agency, marketing and public relations firm. Her team has created and produced some of the largest non-profit special events in New Hampshire, including the Granite State Duck Race for the Boys & Girls Club, Bras Across The River for the Breast Cancer Coalition, and Table Talk for the Palace Theatre.

She created the first ever statewide Restaurant Week in New Hampshire for the NHLRA, with a mission to elevate the image of New Hampshire as a premier dining destination.

Representing numerous clients in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, in 2013 she was given the Advertising and Public Relations Award by the New Hampshire Travel Council. LTD Company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Bedford, NH.



Scott Robinson

Scott Robinson


Scott Robinson worked in the Food Service Equipment industry for 45 years. In addition, Scott is the former President and 20 year member of the Lions Club, a former Trustee chairman for the Goffstown Congregational Church, and a former Budget Committee member for the Town of Goffstown. FEEDNH benefits from Scott’s community experience and drive to better our community as a whole.



Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen


Lisa Allen is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Great NH Restaurants and a lifelong resident of New Hampshire. Lisa graduated with a B.A. in Communication from UNH at Manchester.

As CAO for Great NH Restaurants, Lisa oversees the management of Accounting, Human Resource, Payroll, Marketing, Training, and Community Outreach for the eight Great NH Restaurants (T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s, and Copper Door) as well as Great NH Catering, TB Meats & Sweets, TB Market, The Scribbit LLC, Bedford Center Rd. Condo Association, and several small realty companies.

Lisa is passionate for the health, well being, and enrichment of children; she has volunteered for Salvation Army’s Kids Café, Salvation Army’s Annual Toys for Tots, Merrimack Youth Association’s soccer program and several volunteer-run activities at Thornton’s Ferry Elementary.

Lisa offers Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust excellent organizational skills, financial expertise, and a knack for marketing and corporate branding.



Tanya Randolph

Tanya Randolph


Tanya Randolph has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. She has been working with the community for the past 4 years with veterans, the refugee community, and as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Great NH Restaurants.
